2017-2018 WINTER CONDITIONING
Always bring running shoes, socks and snug-fitting shorts for using the erg machines. You should also bring a bottle of water and any other prescribed sports medication. Emergency information will be on your PowerTrain form and Emergency Card at BRHS.
Broad Run Rowing offers winter conditioning after school for potential crew members who are not involved in winter sports or other consistent athletic endeavors. Winter Conditioning is not required to be part of our 2018 racing team, but is strongly recommended if you are not in another sport. Step 1 and Step 2 of BRR registration also needs to be completed in order to participate in winter conditioning. All registration and forms must be turned in by Nov 27th.

First Practice December 4th!
Monday and Thursday-PowerTrain in Ashburn
4:45pm to 5:45pm. Please arrive by 4:30pm
Agreements will available to sign at Wednesday meeting. $29/month Wednesday-
Erg/Dryland at BRHS 4:30pm to 6pm
